Refund & Return Policy
🛍️ Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before shipping any item back.
- Proof of purchase is required with your return.
Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Software or downloadable products
- Headphones or earphones
- Speaker drivers, diaphragm voice coils, and repair kits
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refused packages are subject to deduction of 100% of the total amount paid.
⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card provider; it may take time before your refund posts.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received it, contact us at info+refunds@hotbeatnewyork.com.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info+exchange@hotbeatnewyork.com.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
📦 Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- RMA number must be clearly marked on the return package.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding insurance for items over $75.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
